  • Tracking links are emailed when your label is created and update after the first carrier scan.
  • Add your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS updates from the carrier where supported.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, check with neighbors and wait one full business day; carriers sometimes mark early.
  • Still missing? Contact support within 5 business days so we can start a trace with the carrier.

Signature & Insurance

Signature Policy

Orders of $400+ and high‑risk orders may require a signature on delivery. Optional Adult Signature can be added at checkout for eligible orders. If you prefer to waive a signature (where permitted), reply to your order email—note that doing so transfers delivery responsibility after the carrier marks the package delivered.

Insurance

All shipments include insurance against loss or damage in transit. Please report visible damage within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist promptly.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL Express or comparable express service, 3–7 business days to most urban areas.
  • Duties & Taxes: Calculated at checkout for select countries; otherwise payable to the carrier upon delivery.
  • Customs may require your ID or tax number; responding quickly helps avoid delays.
  • Refused/undeliverable international shipments may be returned to us. Original shipping and return handling fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
  • Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hotels & Forwarders

  • PO Boxes: Ship via USPS. Expedited air options may be limited.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS Priority Military Mail. Delivery time varies by location.
  • Hotels & Temporary addresses: May require signature and ID; please notify the front desk.
  • Freight forwarders: Not supported due to brand warranty and export restrictions.

Discreet, Protective Packaging

Your sunglasses ship in a protective Prada case with a cleaning cloth, placed inside a sturdy, recyclable outer box or mailer with minimal branding. We use paper padding where possible and avoid excess plastics.

  • Split Shipments: If an order includes a pre‑order/backorder, we may ship available items first at no extra charge.
  • Address Changes: Possible before shipment—contact support as soon as you place your order.
  • Holidays: U.S. federal holidays do not count as business days for processing or transit.
  • Returns: See our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility and instructions. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
  • Taxes: Sales tax shown at checkout where applicable.

Shipping FAQ

Can I upgrade shipping after placing my order?
If your order has not shipped, contact support with your order number and preferred service. We’ll send a secure link to pay the difference for the upgrade.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Labels can be created several hours before the first carrier scan. During peak periods, the first scan may occur after the package reaches a regional hub. If no movement appears after 48 hours, contact us.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers or pickup points?
Some carriers support pickup locations after the label is created. Use your tracking link to request a pickup location where offered by the carrier.
Will my order include pricing inside the box?
No. Packing slips omit prices by default. For gifts, you can add a short note in order comments at checkout.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
We’ll notify you when it arrives back at our facility. We can reship to an updated address (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping if the address provided was invalid.
